THREE MEETING SPACES. Three contemporary meeting spaces include: the first floor Clayton Room, second floor Gallery and our private outdoor Terrace. Custom layouts designed to fit the unique needs of each meeting, conference or seminar.

For a seamless transition from business to leisure, your guests will appreciate the easy walking distance to local restaurants, hotels, shopping and the popular Arts District. Three nearby parking lots provide ample parking.
MORE THAN EXPECTED. Meeting venue rentals are available Monday – Thursday between 8am – 5pm. Pricing starts at $1,000 per day ++. Venue rental includes: Wi-Fi, satellite radio, contemporary white lounge furniture, dining tables, banquet tables, a variety of chairs and bar stools, cocktail tables, accent tables and venue set up.
AV, WI-FI & RENTALS. We offer basic AV rentals in-house. Our AV Package includes: a projector, screen and wireless microphone. Pipe & drape and linen rentals also available. Complimentary Wi-Fi access.
CAPACITIES. The Clayton on the Park can accommodate 50-150 guests depending on the type of event and layout.
CATERING & BEVERAGE SERVICES. Meeting planning is made easy with our variety of catering and beverage options. Our in-house catering offers menus for breakfast, brunch and lunch, averaging $15 - $20 per person. Session break snacks at $5 per person. Coffee and soft drink package also available.
